Where do you ship?

We ship across the US.

How long does shipping take?

Products are made to order, so orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way — no pun intended.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because bad puns are our thing, not bad service.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that — that's no laughing matter! Please reach out to us with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but our products are pretty gift-ready on their own. A pun on a mug basically wraps itself.

How do I care for my products?

Mugs and water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. For apparel, machine wash cold and tumble dry low to keep the prints looking sharp.

I have a pun idea. Can I suggest it?
